Dato Dr. Arshad Mahmood is the Founder and Chairman of the International Investment Consortium Inc. (IIC). Established in Hong Kong in 1997, IIC has an ever expanding presence in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Its subsidiaries and business platforms form the foundation for growth in many existing and emerging market sectors.

Dato Dr. Arshad provides the strategic vision that drives the organization’s evolution into a global commodity, trade, and finance platform. Under his leadership, IIC has been repositioned to open markets, bridge supply and demand, and deliver financial solutions that enable legitimate trading across borders. His commitment to building trusted marketplaces and connecting producers with buyers has defined IIC’s new direction.

Dato Dr. Arshad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s Degree in Literature, and an Honorary Doctorate in Management Sciences from ACMIT USA. His multidisciplinary academic foundation, combined with decades of experience in international trade and finance, reflects his dedication to building transparent, accessible, and efficient commodity markets.
